We are industry veterans with decades of collective, hands-on experience leading DevOps, Software Engineering, and Cybersecurity operations. We haven’t just managed technical teams, we’ve lived through the late-night deployments, the high-stakes security audits, and the chaotic fallout when a siloed, critical engineer suddenly goes on leave.

Throughout our careers, we noticed a frustrating paradox: technical leaders were building cutting-edge software and infrastructure, yet were forced to manage their team’s continuity and burnout risks using fragile, static spreadsheets. We realized the tools available were almost exclusively designed for HR department reporting and administrative compliance - completely disconnected from the day-to-day realities and survival of the engineering floor.
